Money-Back Policy

We want Lucider / The Lucid Dreaming to feel worth it. If you purchased a subscription through our website or onboarding funnel (Stripe) and you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase or most recent renewal charge covered by this policy, subject to the conditions below.

Covered: eligible Stripe / web funnel subscription payments made to REAL FAST ENTERPRISES LLC.

Not covered by this policy: purchases made through the Apple App Store or other platform billing. For those, request a refund directly from Apple (for example via reportaproblem.apple.com) under Apple’s rules.

Email support@theluciddreaming.com with:

• Subject line: “Refund request”
• The email on your account
• Approximate purchase date and plan (weekly/monthly/etc.)
• A brief reason (optional but helpful)

We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved Stripe refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank timing varies.

• Requests should be made within 14 days of the charge.
• One goodwill refund per customer may apply at our discretion if abuse is suspected.
• We may decline refunds for chargebacks already filed, fraud, Terms violations, or after the window expires.
• Refunding a period generally ends access for that paid period once processed.

Canceling stops future renewals. It is separate from a refund. Cancel web subscriptions in your account billing settings or by contacting support. Cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Governing law: the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
